Leaderboard FAQ
How is the leaderboard ranking calculated?
Rankings are primarily determined by solve time (lowest is better). However, a 3-star solve always outranks a 2-star solve, and zero-hint runs are prioritized in the case of a tie.
Can guests appear on the leaderboard?
Yes! Guest solvers appear with a unique guest ID. However, if you want your custom display name to show up and track your rank over time, we recommend creating a free account.
When does the leaderboard reset?
The Daily Leaderboard resets every night at 00:00 UTC, coinciding with the release of the new daily puzzles. We keep records of all-time bests in our master database for future 'All-Time' leaderboards.
Why don't I see my name on the list?
The leaderboard shows the top 50 fastest solvers for each grid size. If you solve the puzzle quickly enough, your name will automatically appear after you finish the game. Make sure you have a stable internet connection when you finish!
