We take pride in our competitive global leaderboards. To keep the game fun and fair for all human players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated scripts, solver bots, AI, or any third-party software to solve puzzles for you.
- Manipulating API requests or modifying browser code to submit fake solve times or inflated scores.
- Attempting to hack, overwhelm (DDoS), or otherwise disrupt the service's infrastructure.
We actively monitor the leaderboards for impossible solve times. We reserve the right to disqualify scores, shadowban accounts, or permanently block IP addresses that violate these fair play rules. Let's keep it fair for everyone.
5. Intellectual Property
The Patches Game name, our logo, the website's design, our custom puzzle generation engine, the generated puzzle layouts, and our original code are the intellectual property of Patches Game and its creator. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.
Exception: We actively encourage you to share your solve results, screenshots of your completed boards, and your emoji grids on social media! Showing off your fast times is highly encouraged.
